In addition to consultation services and facilities, Akass provides a wide-range of expert support services in relation to conflicts and disputes, including acting for our Clients and representing as an appointed Conflict and Dispute Special Case Consultants.
The overall cost of consultant fees and expenses can vary depending on the complexity and seriousness of the case and our Experts Appearing in the settlement negotiations.
The total consultancy fee paid from the parties’ advances depends on the complexity of the case, its length, as well as the number of fact findings and etc.
The fee in private and special cases handled by Akass Experts consist of :
1. the cost of Expert Consultant appearances and representation.
2. the fees and expenses of Experts, Fact-Finding Committee or Assistants approved by the parties, and
3. Akass’s administrative charges and expenses.
